To connect the monitor to your Mac Pro 16-Core (3.2GHz, 96GB RAM, 2TB SSD, Intel Xeon W processor, 7,1 A1991, 2019), you'll need an adapter. Specifically, the MMEL2AM/A Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter is required, as direct connection isn't possible. I've attached a reference link below for your convenience.
