I would like to attmpt replacement of this part in my 27-inch display, to correct a bottom third flicker failure. if that is not tha cause of my problem, do you accept returns?

We offer a 30-day return policy on the 661-6489 Apple Logic Board for the Apple Thunderbolt Cinema Display 27". However, if there's no defect with the board, a 15% restocking fee applies as we must test and refurbish the unit to resell.
