Is this an OEM or aftermarket battery? What's different compared to OWC and iFixit batteries?

I also want to know what's included in this purchase, I see screwdrivers, iFixit and OWC kits usually come with adhesive solvent which is useful when replacing old Macbook battery. Any help would be appreciated!
