Curious as to what "refurbished" in this instance means?
661-5706 Apple Backplane Board for Mac Pro Mid 2010 & Mid 2012 820-2337-A
I recently encountered what's more than likely a corrupt bootrom with my Mac Pro 5,1 and decided the best option is to just replace the backplane so as to avoid soldering/programming.
Has this been fully tested and guaranteed? And should I get warranty coverage, would repairs be made or simply replaced seeing as how these machines are rather dated.
Thank you!
