No, it's not. This is the logic board for an Apple Mac Pro desktop computer, model A1186, year 2007. Specifically, it's the 661-4307 Apple Logic Board for Mac Pro First Generation Ver. 2 8-Core 820-2129-A. Unfortunately, we don't carry the motherboard for the Mac IIcx, sorry.
